Those wishing to register for the in-person conference can email Lori at president@abos-outreach.com to be placed on our waiting list. They should include the names and email addresses of all those to be on the list, as well as how many hotels rooms will be needed.
The Virtual conference registration will not be affected by this.
The Rising Up and Reaching Out ABOS Annual Conference will be held at The Scott Resort and Spa, 4925 North Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. The conference will be held October 4-6, 2022, and will offer a wide variety of learning opportunities covering all types of outreach and bookmobile services and programs, along with speakers J. A. Jance, a popular mystery author, and Laura Tohe, Navajo Poet Laureate.
Attendees are encouraged to use the conference app for schedule information and more, in an effort to cut down on paper use. If you need a paper copy of the schedule, please indicate this on the registration form.
Please note, there are no elevators at the hotel, so anyone who needs mobility assistance should request a first room floor when reserving your room.

Refund Policy: Written requests for refunds must be electronically received by August 29, 2022. No refunds will be made following that date. Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Please contact ABOS@amigos.org to request a refund for conference.
