Presented to a library, department, or an individual who has provided exemplary library outreach services to children and students in their community, from age infant through high school. 

A complete nomination should include: 

• A description of how the nominee has provided exemplary library outreach services to children and students in their community, from age infant through high school. 

• Two letters of recommendation. 

The Winner receives complimentary conference registration to the ABOS Annual Conference during the year they are selected. 

One Youth Services Award will be presented in 2026.
