Presentation Proposals
for the ABOS 2025 Conference

The Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services (ABOS) is now accepting
program proposals for our 2025 Annual Conference to be held
October 7-10 at the Hilton at the Ballpark, St. Louis, Missouri.

Share your knowledge, experience and expertise in Outreach Services
with our annual conference attendees.

Proposal Submission Information:

• Conference presenters will be eligible for a reduced conference rate per presenter

• Conference registration instructions will be provided when selected presenters are notified. Selected programs will be announced by late May. 

• It is requested that you wait to register for the conference until you have received the status of your proposal submission.

• Any questions regarding Conference Proposals should be directed to the
  ABOS Continuing Education Committee. 

• Every presenter will be expected to sign a presenter agreement

Timeline:

March 1: Program submissions open

April 26: Program submissions close

May 30: Presenters notified

September 15: Presentation recording due

The deadline for program proposals is Saturday, April 26 at 5 pm (CST).
