2026 ABOS Conference
Presentation Proposals
We are seeking proposals on all topics related to outreach and engagement, including mobile library units, bookmobiles, book bikes, pop-up libraries, services beyond library walls, partnerships, accessibility, equity, and creative approaches to reaching underserved communities. From hands-on how-to sessions to big-picture explorations of the evolving outreach landscape, we want to hear about your programs, services, and successes, and your lessons learned.
Proposals accepted:
March 16 - April 12
Proposal Submission Information:
- Conference presenters will be eligible for a reduced conference rate per presenter
- Conference registration instructions will be provided when selected presenters are notified.
- Every presenter will be expected to sign a presenter agreement.
- Any questions regarding Conference Proposals should be directed to the ABOS Continuing Education Committee at continuingeducation@abos-outreach.com.
Proposal Timeline:
March 16 Program submissions open
April 12 Program submissions close
May 8 All applicants will be notified of the selection decision
The deadline for program proposals is April 12 at 5 pm (CDT).
