2026 ABOS Annual Conference Registration
The 2026 ABOS Annual Conference will be held October 11 - 14 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. The conference will offer pre-conference sessions, a wide variety of learning opportunities covering all types of outreach, bookmobile services and programs, and networking opportunities.
Attendees are encouraged to use the Whova App for schedule information, networking and more. If you are unable to join us in person, there will be a virtual option to attend the conference.

Registration Details:
Registration for in-person attendance includes pre-conference, all conference sessions and events, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and a robust break.
June 1 - Early Bird Registration opens
June 28 - Last day to secure Early Bird Registration Rates
June 29 - Regular Registration rates apply
September 25 - Advance In-Person Registration closes
October 2 - All payments for registration are due.

Registration Deadlines:

Refund Policy:
Written requests for refunds must be electronically received by August 28, 2026. No refunds will be made following that date. ALL cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee, regardless of payment status. To request a refund for conference, send a written request to execdir@abos-outreach.com
Code of Conduct:
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you are agreeing to the Association of Bookmobile and Outreach Service's Code of Conduct. Please click here to review our Code of Conduct.
Payment:
Registration is not final until payment has been received. All payments must be received by September 25 and any unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Payment can be completed online via Wild Apricot Pay or by sending a check by the payment deadline.
Please note if payment is not received by September 25, and a pre registered attendee walks in, they will be considered a walk in attendee and subject to those fees.
