ABOS Annual Conference 
Virtual Registration

The Virtual portion of the 2025 ABOS Annual Conference will be held October 7-10.

Attendees are encouraged to use the Whova App for schedule information, networking and more. 

If you are a vendor who wants to register for conference,please contact Cathy Zimmerman at ExecDir@abos-outreach.com for assistance. 


Virtual Registration

$125 Early Bird    June 1 - September 30

The virtual conference consists of on-demand recordings of continuing education sessions, access to vendor booths and networking opportunities.

NOTE: OnDemand recordings will be available AFTER the program has been presented in person.

Refund Policy

Written requests for refunds must be electronically received by August 31, 2025. No refunds will be made following that date. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Please contact execdir@abos-outreach.com to request a refund for conference.

Payment

Registration is not final until payment has been received,
and all payments must be made by September 30.
Any unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
