2020 ABOS Virtual Conference
Virtual registration includes:
Full access to all aspects of the Whova app - chat rooms, networking, attendee profile info, vendors, virtual exhibit hall and Opening Virtual Cocktail party
36 educational programs by peers and vendors; 9 workshop time slots which will offer 4 programs in different areas of Outreach; hosted on the Zoom platform
Access to vendors and sponsors, featuring special prizes and games
Virtual tours of bookmobiles, factories, and a special library tour
Interactive presentation on developing senior memory kits, sponsored by MEternally
Opening and Closing Sessions; Virtual Awards Ceremony

The first 250 registered attendees will receive a special care package mailed to them full of information and fun surprises.
Registration opens Monday August 10, 2020 and will run through the end of the conference on Friday, October 16.

Registration is not considered final until payment is received.
Upon registration, you will receive a code to enter our conference app on Whova around 14 days prior to the Conference, emailed by David Kelsey, our 2020 ABOS President Elect, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Written requests for refunds must be postmarked, faxed or electronically submitted 30 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be made following that date. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
Hardship cases (i.e., illness, death in the family, etc.) may be submitted to the ABOS Board of Directors for determination of whether or not portions of conference fees may be refunded (i.e., refund depends on what cash outlay has already been made on behalf of the person.)
